Registration & Account

Registration is simple:
  1. Click on the "Register" button at the top right of any page
  2. Fill in your basic information (name, email, company details)
  3. Verify your email address through the link we send you
  4. Complete your company profile by adding products/services
  5. Choose a membership plan (free or premium)

We require:
  • Your full name and contact information
  • Company name and legal business details
  • Business address and contact numbers
  • Company registration documents (for verification)
  • Product/service categories you deal with
  • Export experience and target markets
All information must be accurate and up-to-date.

Free accounts are typically activated within 2 business days after verification. Premium memberships are activated immediately upon payment confirmation. If you haven't received activation confirmation within this timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

No, BuyerConnect service is included in our Standard, Premium, and Prime membership packages at no extra cost. Our team will never ask for additional money for this service. If anyone claims to be from Go4ExportIndia and asks for payment for BuyerConnect services, please report it immediately to support@go4exportindia.com.

If you receive any irrelevant buyer contact through BuyerConnect, please bring it to our notice within five business days of receiving the contact by emailing support@go4exportindia.com. After five business days, the request will not be entertained. We continuously work to improve our matching algorithms based on such feedback.
